About Our Workshop
At our free workshop, our attorney will give attendees step-by-step advice to avoid probate and protect their most valuable asset -- their house.

"Why Should Homeowners Avoid Probate Court?"
For homeowners in Central Arkansas, Probate Court could cost their family a lot of money to stay in the home after their pass away. The government will not educate the public on how to avoid probate, so we will.

When a homeowner passes away in Arkansas, their family must go to Probate Court to receive legal ownership of their home and financial assets. Probate is a long, expensive legal process that homeowners want to avoid before it is too late.

How much is Probate Court? The cost of Probate Court is set by law and is based on how much one's assets are worth. So if a homeowner has $250,000 in assets when they pass away, their family could be forced to pay over $16,000 in Probate Court.

If the home's value and their assets are higher, the cost of probate increases proportionately:
Not only that, the costs of probate must be paid in order to gain ownership of their home, so their kids could be forced to sell their home if they cannot afford to pay the probate costs.

Fortunately, families can avoid Probate Court if parents plan ahead.

At our workshop, our attorney will show attendees how to pay NOTHING in Probate Court by setting up a Living Trust.
